I went in with a budget of $30. I’m honestly really pleased with what I came out with. The picture doesn’t even do it justice, these flowers were so crisp and aromatic. The clerk was very friendly and did an incredible job when I asked her to surprise me. They have a really cute little store and their card selection is 10/10.

I had the most amazing experience with Portland Florist Shop. I needed to send something special for my dad's birthday and Lynn took the time to help me figure it out. We came up with a delicious marionberry cake with beautiful flowers and balloons. Delivery was quick and my dad was thrilled. He said that the cake was delicious and send me a picture of everything - it looked amazing!! I will definitely order from here again!!

Ordered a pink bouquet,(Pink vase included) For mothers-day with a little card that the website gave me the option to custom write something , it arrived early and so perfect! Beautiful colours fresh flowers in a cute vase , with the custom card writing, and care/food for the flowers!!! We loved them.

Update 4/2026- Lynne, the owner, emailed me promptly and offered to redo my boss's arrangement. This was for a wake and timing would not allow a replacement. She provided a full refund and a BIG apology for not providing me what I ordered. We are a new customer. The arrangement that I ordered off the website showed 1 white flower lily?? with lush foliage. But we received 1 red rose with a pink/purple orchid with a palm, one other plant, and moss. It was not lush foliage. For a bereavement/funeral/wake, why would you add a red rose and orchids? The SERENE RETREAT that I ordered is not what we received based on the website picture.

I was floored at the quality of the flower arrangement, it was beautiful. I also added a Portland apple pie to the order and it looks amazing as well. I especially love the design on the crust because it makes me think of the, White Rose Resistance. The communication was great, keeping me well informed of my order status. I was ordering from across the country and wanted to use a company local to the recipient, and glad I did. Great job, great value, I will definitely use them again.
